Wild Rice Coconut Cereal

Ingredients:

1 c cooked Sandhill Wild Rice
1/4 c coconut
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tbsp. flax seed
1 tsp.  brown sugar (optional)
1/2 cup milk or nut milk

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients except milk in serving bowl. Pour milk on top of combined ingredients and serve.

  2. Can be served cold or warmed in microwave for 45 seconds.

Serves 1.
